Please note: This role is hybrid from our Shoreditch office.
Why Us?
We're a team of seriously talented, positive individuals and we invest heavily in our people, so you won't feel like a number here.
We're proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2025, reflecting our commitment to building a people-first culture where people can do their best work and continue to grow.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, profitable tech startup that is scaling rapidly within the Recruitment Technology space. We've built an incredible product that our customers love. Just take a look at our G2 reviews.
As a Product Manager at SourceWhale, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our product. Reporting directly to one of our Senior Product Managers, you'll have the opportunity to own meaningful product areas, work closely with customers, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of SaaS Product Management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll gain greater ownership, work on complex product challenges, and continue developing your skills within a high-growth environment.
You'll be supported by experienced Product Managers while having the autonomy and responsibility to make a real impact on our customers and our business.
Day in the Life
Engage with our customers
You'll spend time speaking directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve their experience. You'll become a strong voice of the customer within the product team, helping us build solutions that genuinely solve problems.
Collaborate with Engineering
You'll work closely with our development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and defining requirements through to delivery and iteration, ensuring we build high-quality features that create real customer value.
Champion the product
You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to support successful product launches, ensuring new features are communicated effectively and drive adoption.
Own outcomes, not just features
You'll define success before work begins, measure impact after launch and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product. You'll be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and adapting when new evidence emerges.
Prioritise ruthlessly
You'll balance customer needs, technical complexity, business goals and team capacity. You understand that great product management is about making thoughtful decisions on where to focus and recognising that saying no to good ideas is often what allows great ideas to succeed.

You think from the customer's perspective and are constantly looking for ways to improve their experience.
You have strong analytical skills and use data and insights to inform product decisions.
